1. Payment & Booking
The Royal Cookie Cottage requires full payment at the time of booking. Without payment, I’m unable to guarantee your order or hold your desired date. Payment secures your order and allows me to start planning your custom cookies.
2. Inspirational Photos
I love using inspirational photos to understand the style and vibe you’re looking for! While I don’t copy someone else’s work exactly, I’ll do my best to keep your inspiration in mind while adding a similar creative touch. Please note that colors and designs may vary slightly from the original inspiration.
3. Rush Orders
Orders placed with less than 7 days’ notice will include a $10 rush fee per dozen. Rush orders are subject to availability, and I’ll always do my best to accommodate your timeline.
4. Shipping & Pickup
Unfortunately, due to Florida Cottage Laws, I am unable to ship cookies. All orders must be picked up locally. Thank you for your understanding and support of local small business guidelines.
5. Cancellation Policy
Life happens, and I understand plans can change! If you need to cancel your order:
- 50% of your total payment will be refunded.
- The remaining 50% is non-refundable and covers the time, materials, and planning already dedicated to your custom order.
This policy ensures that both your investment and the effort put into your custom cookies are protected.
6. Allergy & Ingredient Notice
- While I take care to maintain a clean and safe workspace, cookies are made in a kitchen that may contain common allergens such as nuts, dairy, and gluten.
- Customers with food allergies should notify me at the time of order so I can advise on safe options.
7. General Terms
- All cookies are handmade and custom decorated, which means minor variations in size, shape, and color may occur.
8. Modifications
- Any changes to your order must be requested at least 7 days prior to the scheduled pickup.
- Changes requested less than 7 days prior may be subject to additional fees or may not be possible depending on order complexity.
9. Photography & Social Media
- By placing an order, you acknowledge that photos of your cookies may be used for social media, marketing, or portfolio purposes, unless you request otherwise at the time of booking.
10. Acceptance of Terms

- These terms are in place to protect both your investment and the time, creativity, and resources I dedicate to each custom order.
